Our star opening batsman Shaun Weir has signed on for Season 2026/27! 

The Wizz delivered yet another superb season, scoring 464 runs and producing not one, but TWO centuries throughout the year. 

Recently inducted as a Life Member, Shaun’s unwavering loyalty and commitment to the club continues to set the standard, and we couldn’t be more excited to see him back in the maroon and gold again this season.

Opening the batting in our Turf 1XI side, Wizz was outstanding all season and continued to lead from the front. But let’s not forget his underrated leg spin either, always capable of stepping up when needed and taking crucial wickets for the team.

Wizz’s experience, leadership, and skill continue to be invaluable around the group, and we can’t wait to see what he brings next season!
